The 2011 Annual Meeting was held on April 28th at the Mystic Hilton in Mystic. In addition to the election of officers and awards, the program included a State-Mandated CME Lecture on Cultural Disparities presented by Dr. Kathleen Lavorgna, Past President of CSMS. Our Guest speaker for the evening was William Darling, Esq from Austin, Texas who spoke on Accountable Care Organizations. For your information, we have provided a copy of his presentation.
The 2010 Annual Meeting was held on April 20th at the Mystic Marriott in Groton. In an audience of 80 NLCMA members and their guests, Dr. Anthony Alessi spoke about his recent experiences as part of a health care team during a medical mission to Haiti.
