More than 250 physician members from New London, Middlesex and Windham Counties attended along with their guests.
2010 Tri-County Meeting, October 19, 2010 - Water's Edge, Westbrook
Keynote Speaker: Representative Joseph Courtney and his challenger for the 2nd Congressional District, Janet Peckinpaugh, participated in a health care debate.
After opening remarks, more than 275 physician members and their guests from 3 counties had an opportunity to ask the candidates how they would handle such problems as the Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR), the shortage of primary care physicians in Southeastern CT, the continuing medical liability crisis and more.

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Bruce Koeppen, Dean of Quinnipiac University, School of Medicine.
A state mandated CME on Domestic Violence was presented by Dr. John Foley from 5-6 P.M. After a cocktail reception and exhibit hall, over 175 physician members and their guests enjoyed dinner and listened to Dr. Bruce Koeppen's presentation on Quinnipiac University's medical school.
